What's Going On?
Pick the problem that sounds like yours, or browse common appliance problems for the plain-language version of what each symptom usually means.
Usually airflow: a fan, a damper, or frost. Rarely the compressor everyone fears. We test in order.
Refrigerator Repair →A clogged pump filter leads the league. We drain, clear, and test the pump before anyone buys parts.
Washer Repair →Start with the vent: restricted airflow stretches dry times and cooks thermal fuses. We measure airflow.
Dryer Repair →That is an emergency, not a weekend project. Make it safe with our checklist, then call any time.

Local Roots
Thompson's Station is a town of about seven and a half thousand people in Williamson County, roughly 30 miles south of Nashville along I-65 and Columbia Pike (US-31). It grew from a railroad stop named for Dr. Elijah Thompson into one of Middle Tennessee's fastest-growing communities, and its history still shows: Preservation Park protects 200 acres that include the ground of the Battle of Thompson's Station, fought in March 1863.
That growth shapes our work. New subdivisions like Emberly and June Lake need installation corrections; established neighborhoods like Canterbury and Tollgate Village are into mid-life appliance repairs; and luxury communities like Bridgemore Village run built-in equipment worth maintaining properly. Over it all sits Williamson County's hard water and Middle Tennessee's storm seasons, the two forces behind most of what we fix.
We serve every neighborhood in the 37179 ZIP from our base at 4778 Traders Way, Thompson's Station, TN 37179, plus nearby Spring Hill and Franklin. See all our service areas.
Our Commitments
During business hours (Mon–Fri 7AM–7PM, Sat 8AM–4PM) we do our best to offer prompt, often same-day, visits when you call early. Genuine emergencies, active leaks, gas concerns, food warming, get priority on our 24/7 line.
Yes. We diagnose with instruments, explain what failed in plain language, and state the full repair price before any work begins. Nothing is replaced without your approval.
Usually not. Fans, frost from a defrost fault, dirty coils, and start relays cause most no-cool calls, and a freezer at zero degrees is proof the sealed system can still make cold. We test in order and only talk compressor when the tests point there.
We service the major brands listed in the strip on every page of this site, from Whirlpool and Samsung to built-in premium lines. We are an independent company, not a factory-authorized dealer, and we say so plainly.
All of Thompson's Station, TN 37179, including Tollgate Village, Bridgemore Village, Fields of Canterbury, Canterbury, Emberly, Avenue Downs, Brixworth, Whistle Stop Farms, June Lake, Newport Crossing, Fountain View, and Littlebury, plus nearby Spring Hill and Franklin.
